Dulwich Village Pre-School turned 50 on 6th May 2013

To celebrate, we organised a great day out and invited all who helped us throughout the years.  Past and present pupils, parents and staff, as well as the local community – all were welcome to join in our festivities.

The day was packed with fun stuff such as a Story-Telling Tent, Badge Making, Music Bumps and a Juggling Workshop.  We also had the old favourites like Bouncy Castles, Face Painting, Arts & Crafts stalls, Tea & Cakes and Lucky Dip.

The day was made that more special with live music from local legends the Dulwich Ukulele Club, raising stars South London Samba, and local choir Hummy Mummies.

It was a great success, and we even got coverage in the local press.  More importantly, we were able to celebrate with new and old friends as well as raise money for new equipment for the pre-school.
